• The Organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to this programme. Every effort will be made to keep the presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or rescheduling or cancellation of presentation topics and / or speakers.
• Incomplete registration and forms will not be accepted.
• Registrations will be confirmed only after payment is received in full. Payment in parts will not be accepted.
• Last date of registration and payment is 15th December 2016.
• No cancellations will be entertained after 15th December 2016.
• If the Conference is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, acts of God or any other cause not within the control of the Organisers, the Organisers shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect to any actions, claims, losses including consequential losses, costs or expenses whatever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate.
