Sandeep has about 25 years of rich and diverse experience in maximizing business impact through organization wide continuous improvement activities, driving change and culture development simultaneously across multiple sites of well reputed manufacturing and service companies. He has worked for companies with diverse business and cultural backgrounds – such as HCL- Hewlett Packard, LG Electronics, Wipro, Videocon.

In his current role as Group Head & General Manager of Service Improvement Group (SIG) at ICICI Bank, he is responsible for driving Quality, Business Process Re-engineering, Branch Service Assessment and Business Continuity Management Initiatives for ICICI Bank.

In this earlier role at ICICI Bank as Head of Innovation, Sandeep founded Innovation Group and brought in structured way of doing Innovation at ICICI Bank. He established Innovation Framework and created an Innovation ecosystem leveraging partnerships with various startups, established technology players, technical institutes and student community. Tab Banking, Fully Electronic Branches, Voice Biometrics, Smart Vault, Robotics in operations and Work From Home are some of the highly successful projects that saw the light of the day during his tenure as Innovation Group Head.

Sandeep is an Industrial Engineer by Qualification and also a certified 6 Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB).
