Roopesh Chandran is Chief Operating Officer at BOB Financial Solutions Ltd. In this position he heads the functions of Issuance, Operations, Customer Experience for both Cardholders and Merchants, leading operational re-engineering efforts through artificial intelligence, machine learning and fintech engagement to transform and futureproof next stage of growth.
Prior to this position he was with Visa leading across Business Development and Client Services. Prior to Visa, he worked with TransUnion (CIBIL) as product lead across commercial, fraud, mortgage and microfinance bureau. He was also associated with Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank in his assignments across product and marketing. Roopesh is a Postgraduate in Management with merit scholarship from IBS, Hyderabad and Bachelors in Computer Applications from S.V University, Tirupati.
