He has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a B.Tech. in Metallurgy from NIT, Rourkela. As Senior Vice President & Head - Digital lending analytics at Axis Bank, he leads a team of business analysts and data scientists, which support business leaders and product heads solving critical business problems through decision science, cognitive models, and analytical frameworks. He was also involved in setting up the AI Centre of Excellence at Axis Bank to develop and deploy scalable in-house AI capabilities.
