Nikita Tambday is a Executive Director and Head of Products for Treasury Services in India for J.P. Morgan based in Mumbai. In this role, Nikita is responsible for delivering market leading solutions to clients by leveraging J.P. Morgan’s unique global strengths coupled with local capabilities across Payments and Commerce solutions, Digital Channels as well as Liquidity & Account Services
Nikita joined J.P.Morgan in 2018 and brings ~20 years of experience across the Transaction banking spectrum. Prior to joining J.P.Morgan, Nikita was leading the Cash Management Product division of BNP Paribas India and leading the Digital Channels Product team of ICICI Bank prior to that.
Throughout her career, Nikita has held various leadership roles in the Product management and Digital Channels domain demonstrating a strong track record of product innovation and delivering agile differentiated banking solutions across industry segments. Under her stewardship, the Payments business in India has leapfrogged in client solutioning, fintech partnerships and digitalization.
Nikita is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is passionate about blending technology and creative thinking for continuous innovation in her work.
