In his present capacity as Head Marketing, Mr. Senthilkumar’s role encompass the overall marketing, branding & public relation functions of the bank with direct reporting to Executive Director and MD & CEO of Bank. The role involves managing a team at the zonal & regional levels that is responsible for building the marketing strategy including digital marketing strategies for bank across all product lines and strengthening the brand value.
Mr. Senthilkumar is responsible for handling all media channels including print, electronic, outdoor and social media. Digital marketing functions include paid digital, organic and social media marketing. His responsibilities encompasses the management of banks website which include development of content, traffic growth & sustenance, lead generation & building infrastructure capabilities along with managing other 9 websites of banks international territories. He also handles the entire gamut of PR functions of the bank which include press & media releases, announcement of banks quarterly financial results and analyst meets.
