She carries a wide variety of industry experience spanning around 31 years. She has a deep understanding of Digital Technology and Process Implementations covering diverse areas such as Banking, Payments and Treasury.
She is currently the Head of Digital Solutions Factory – Assets & Liabilities in HDFC Bank. In this role she is responsible for transformation of the branches, Channels and partners for retail and SME customers. This involves both managing the Run operations and Build and transform operations for the bank.
Prior to this she was the Business Head for APMEA region for FIS Global a MNC doing payments processing in India
Her earlier role was Head of Digital and New Initiatives in one of the fastest growing New Age Private Banks in India. She led the transformation journey for the bank setting up the technology platforms for the bank ground up. She was instrumental in launching the API Banking platform or the Open Banking platform for the bank and has been recognised in various forums as the pioneer in getting the banking API services to the industry with the objective of doing mass enablement.
She has worked on and successfully developed a variety of diverse partnerships. Her deep knowledge of business and technology has been a major driver for some of the new generation innovations that could be launched.
Prior to this she has worked in an MNC Financial Services Software Company. In her various roles in this organization, she has led cross functional teams to successfully manage the product roadmap and also manage multiple core banking implementations in many banks in India and across the globe.
